Van der Pol Pallet Company has a modern machinery park. The production of wooden packaging is carried out almost entirely automatically. The company operates several automated production lines for pallets and wooden decks, as well as a production line for crates.
In addition to the production lines, there are various woodworking machines available, such as crosscut saws, a panel saw, a package saw, and a four-sided planer. For special custom work, there is a computer-controlled CNC milling machine capable of producing precise shapes, including cutouts, holes, and other details. For more information, see: CNC Milling.

Van der Pol Pallet Company has had its own transport for many years. This ensures the company is not dependent on third parties, and quality is guaranteed all the way to delivery. The truck combinations are considered the company’s calling card, and the drivers act as the final quality check before delivery.
The company operates a modern fleet that meets the strictest environmental standards (Euro V and Euro VI engines). In addition, the vehicles are specially equipped for transporting large volumes, thanks in part to an extra low loading floor and maximum length.
Our drivers comply with strict safety requirements and always carry the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This is particularly important for industries such as the chemical sector, to which we supply.
Van der Pol Pallet Company is strongly focused on environmental awareness and the careful use of natural resources to minimize waste on the shop floor. Wood waste, including offcuts and rejected pallets, is shredded and used in a biomass heating plant. This heat is used to warm the production halls and the drying chamber for HT treatments and wood drying.
Other wood chips and sawdust are sent to specialized companies for reuse, such as in particleboard or compressed blocks. The company takes strict safety measures when working with flammable materials, including its own water supply, fire hoses, and designated no-smoking zones.
